A material finding remains connected to the physical source or to a visible evidence gap.

Finding anatomy
- Finding: the requirement, condition, candidate product path, quantity, conflict, or commercial signal.
- Source: document, page, sheet, section, detail, revision, and region locator when available.
- Basis: the relevant text, visual context, formula, or approved customer reference.
- State: evidence confidence, review status, warning, missing input, and responsible owner.
- Action: the proposed follow-up that remains subject to human approval.
Review procedure
- Open the cited source beside the finding.
- Inspect surrounding page context and any related source.
- Confirm that assumptions and customer context are appropriate.
- Accept, revise, reject, or route the item for additional review.
Customer-visible evidence
The review record exposes sources, method summaries, named inputs, calculations, warnings, and state transitions. Private model chain-of-thought is not treated as customer evidence.
Detail: the six components of a finding

| Finding | The requirement, condition, commercial signal, or quantity supported by the source. |
| Applied context | Your approved product, application, engineering, estimating, and qualification rules. |
| Calculation basis | Scale, geometry, formula, inputs, units, allowances, cross-checks, and confidence. |
| Uncertainty | Conflicts, partial coverage, missing evidence, limitations, or an UNKNOWN value. |
| Human action | The responsible reviewer, open question, approval, and next commercial or technical step. |

Confidence is useful. Evidence is essential. A high score prioritizes attention; it is not an approved decision.
