The customer-visible record should explain what entered the workflow, what the system prepared, what changed, and who owns the next decision.

Record types

Reasoning boundary
Method summaries, sources, calculations, states, and warnings are inspectable product records. Private model chain-of-thought is neither required nor presented as evidence.

The review record explains the method, evidence, calculations, changes, and approval. These are inspectable work records, not a requirement to disclose private model reasoning.
