Define acceptance criteria before the run

• Source coverage: required files are admitted, associated with the correct project, and remain addressable.
• Retrieval quality: material findings point to the correct document, page, sheet, section, detail, or region.
• Quantity support: scale, geometry, formula, units, assumptions, and gaps remain inspectable.
• Uncertainty: conflicts and missing inputs remain visible and route to the responsible reviewer.
• Handoff: no external write or approved deliverable bypasses the configured human review gate.

Retain the evaluation record

Record the source version, configuration, selected workflow, expected results, observed results, open corrective actions, and decision. A useful pilot produces an implementation record the buyer can approve, revise, or reject.
